Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy

ONLINE PURCHASING:

We accept the following credit cards for Internet purchases: VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped FedEx 3-day. All orders are currently shipped out within 2 - 5 business days. $15 will be charged.

If you would like Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping, please email us at info@bujibijoux.com and write "shipping" in the subject line. We will add an additional $5 - $7 to your order. All orders for Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipping must be placed before 2pm EST, or they will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will ship the following business day. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please provide an actual physical address for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping online. However, if you are interested in placing an order internationally, please email us at info@bujibijoux.com.

RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 7 days from the date received. Returns must be received in original packaging, in unworn condition, and with a copy of the receipt. We reserve the right to deny a full refund if the merchandise is sent back in an unfavorable condition. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Post in a hard box. Please also note that the refund will not include the original shipping fee.
